In March of 2022, Deutsche Telekom AG (Telekom) announced plans to realign their social media to communicate with customers more efficiently and consistently. The company also wants to communicate its innovations and quality to its customers through one source. Some of the topics that will be focused upon are digital life, sustainable action and social cohesion as the company takes more responsibility for society, the environment, and its business.
