Cass’s DEI efforts
During February 2022, Cass created a Diversity Equity and Inclusion (DEI) Committee. The DEI committee was formed after a thorough process of determining a charter and will help the company facilitate meeting and expanding its DEI vision. The committee members are passionate about DEI efforts and represent Cass’s various business divisions and corporate departments. Out of the company’s total workforce of 1,108, 70.0% are women and 22.0% are persons of color.
