Bank of America to offer 100,000 seats at their Institute of Women’s Entrepreneurship at Cornell
In wake of the program’s success, Bank of America stated in March of 2022 that they will be doubling the size of the spots available. Beginning in 2018, this program has strived to offer a certificate in women’s entrepreneurship. Since its inception this program has enrolled 50,000 women from all over the world, reportedly 90% were women of color. Recognizing the value of this program they plan to expand in the next few years. This addition is in tandem with the increase of $350 million in equity funds they committed to minority focused funds in 2021.
