Raytheon announces its commitment to inclusion during the modern age
United Technologies, now known as Raytheon Technologies (United Technologies, Raytheon), highly prioritizes advancing its workforce diversity, equity and inclusion objectives. By 2030, the company hopes to include a 50/50 gender parity goal for leadership positions and will incorporate these goals in its annual executive incentive program. Leading the charge, the company appointed Marie R. Sylla-Dixon as its Chief Diversity Officer in 2021. During the same year, the company also announced plans for a $500.0 million Social Impact Initiative, a ten-year commitment to advance STEM education opportunity at schools across the nation.
