Diversity and Inclusion remains a essential company mission
Conagra approaches diversity and inclusion from the top-down, starting with the Board of Directors and the Senior Leadership Team. As of the fiscal year ending in May 2021, three of its eleven directors are racially/ethnically diverse, three of its eleven directors are women and four of its ten members of its Senior Leadership Team are women. In October 2020, it launched a leadership development program and by the end of fiscal 2021, it has trained over 1,400 managers in inclusive leadership practices.
