2018 marked the end of a year of significant restructuring for Bentley
In an effort to streamline operations while building strong customer relationships, Bentley took on an expansive restructuring endeavor. In doing so, the company brought on a new Executive Vice President, Matthew Taub as well as a few other executive positions. The company also completed the sale of a few of its locations in Pennsylvania and Ohio to decrease the size of the company while expanding parts distribution. The company has also worked to improve operational efficiencies while lowering shipping and storage costs.
StructuralIn response to volatile demand in the wake of the first COVID-19 surge, the company undertook a comprehensive cost reduction program, aimed at shoring up labor and supply costs.
