• Telfer Operations - A gold-copper mine located in the Great Sandy Desert within the East Pilbara region, Western Australia. Telfer is comprised of the Main Dome and West Dome open pits, and the Telfer underground mine.
   
• Lihir Operations - A gold deposit mine located on Aniolam Island in the New Ireland Province of Papua New Guinea (PNG), 900km north-east of Port Moresby and is 100% owned by Lihir Gold Limited.

• Red Chris - A gold and copper mine where Newcrest Mining owns a 70% stake in the operations. The mine is located 1700 km from Vancouver in Canada. 

• Wafi-Golpu - A gold and copper mine where Newcrest Mining owns a 50% stake in the operations. The mine is located 65 km from the city of Lae in Papua New Guinea. 
   
• Havieron - A joint venture agreement with Greatland Gold Plc in the early stages of gold and copper mining operations.

• Brucejack - Located in Vancouver, Canada, the mining method at Brucejack is long-hole stoping using a combination of longitudinal and transverse mining, depending on zone width and orientation. The ore is crushed underground and conveyed to surface where the fully-enclosed mill produces gold-silver dore bars and flotation concentrate.
   

Newcrest Mining Limited also has exploratory mining operations for gold and gold-copper deposits in Australia, Indonesia, Papua New Guinea, Fiji, New Zealand, Nicaragua, Ecuador, Canada and the Ivory Coast.
